Eckington Manor is the ultimate cookery school with state of the art facilities and a team of dedicated, passionate and professional
tutors. During a half-day team building session, the group is divided into small teams and allocated a workstation. The tutor will guide the group through hands on cookery packed with demonstrations, knife skills, tips and tasting! The group will be involved in preparing and cooking a dinner party menu which they serve up before sitting down to a relaxed evening meal and a few glasses of wine.
During an evening cookery demonstration, the head tutor will introduce you to the day’s menu, which he will demonstrate before you enjoy the 3 courses served in the cookery school dining room.
