It’s not just the dough that rises in the kitchen at Cotswold Conference Centre, Broadway. The catering team at the busy Midlands training venue have promoted two of their senior staff to exciting new positions.
Richard Drakeley has swapped his chef’s whites for a jacket and tie as the new Assistant Catering Manager and Richard’s former Sous Chef, Scott Courts has taken on the challenge of Head Chef.
Scott explains “We were already a really strong team under Richard but these recent moves will take us to a new level – the team spirit is better than ever. I’m really enjoying the freedom to create my own menu’s too – comments from delegates have been really encouraging”. Richard continues “We can’t wait for the refurbishments to the dining room and bar to be finished in early September. The working environment will then match the quality of the staff – perfect!”
