Experiential learning goes beyond the boundaries of other training methods.

At CCC, we know that effective learning takes place in a safe and relaxed and focused environment, where delegates can generate and experience real responses to personal participation in any training programme.

Reading, thinking, writing or watching videos has its place, but the action of doing is the most powerful learning tool. Through a short period of practical activity, new skills can become part of normal everyday behaviours, both in and out of the workplace.

CCC's experiential training activities are available to complement your programme and designed so that you can easily facilitate them yourself. They are available for you to work with and encourage your team, to build confidence and raise awareness of everyday communication techniques and challenges.

Each CCC activity is provided with a comprehensive facilitators pack so you can help your delegates push a few boundaries and try out new skills.... in a location that encourages relaxed and successful learning.
